• Google Account Information: When you log in via Google OAuth, we access your Google email address and basic profile information. We also obtain access tokens (including refresh tokens) to interact with Google Drive and Google Sheets on your behalf.
• Study Data: We process data from your Google Sheets related to UX studies, including study details, player information, and insights. We do not store this study data on our servers; it remains in your Google Drive.
• Usage Data: We may collect non-identifiable information about how you use the application (e.g., features accessed, time spent) to improve our services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your identity and provide secure access to the application.
• To access and manage your specified Google Drive files and Google Sheets data as per your explicit actions within the application.
• To enable the core functionality of the Briefing Editor, allowing you to view, edit, and save UX study insights directly to your Google Sheets.
• To improve and optimize the performance and user experience of our application.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not share your personal information or your Google Drive/Sheets data with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the services you explicitly request (e.g., interacting with Google APIs on your behalf) or as required by law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your Google refresh tokens are stored securely and encrypted. All interactions with Google APIs are handled with industry-standard security protocols.

6. Your Google Data

Our application accesses your Google Drive and Google Sheets data solely for the purpose of providing the Briefing Editor functionality. We adhere strictly to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer your Google data to others unless it is necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the application's user interface, or to comply with applicable law.
